Slättö creates and manages funds within its Core Plus and Value Add strategies that invest thematically in housing, logistics properties, hotels and community service properties. Within each segment operational units are responsible for transactions, management, maintenance and development of the funds’ assets. In addition to Neptunia, Slättö is owned by eight operating partners who are active in the company.

Slättö has been one of Neptunia’s core holdings since 2014. The company is growing rapidly and has developed into one of the leading Nordic managers of alternative investment funds focused on real esate investments. Through its proven operational ability, Slättö has succeeded in attracting capital from institutional investors as well as managing and developing property assets with market-leading risk-adjusted returns.

Slättö’s thematic investments in mainly housing and warehouse and logistics properties are still relevant and scalable and in new geographic markets. Despite current economic conditions, Slättö and its active funds are well positioned with healthy debt and investment capacity in the form of new capital and undrawn capital pledges from institutional investors, which gives Slättö the ability to act when opportunities arise in a pressured market.

Slättö’s main priorities, which Neptunia also actively supports, are to continue to attract top talent and expand its base of investors.
